Terms and conditions:
- Pre payment is required for all new clients’ first booking. Payable no later than 24 hours prior to the commencement of hire period (all major credit/debit cards accepted).
- Cancellation within 24hrs of hire will be charged at full rate.
- Full refund given on cancellations received prior to the 24 hour period, where payment has already been made.
- Minimum charge £35, all prices are subject to V.A.T at the current rate.
- 25% surcharge for journeys starting or ending between midnight and 06.00.
- Quoted price includes up to 15 minutes waiting time free of charge, thereafter waitingwill be charged at £20 per half hour (or part thereof).
- All parking, tolls, congestion charges and entrance fees are charged extra (at cost).
- Gratuities not included – at clients discretion.
- Clients personal items are carried at their own risk and the company shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
- We reserve the right to invoice the client or deduct by credit/debit card for any repairs, replacements or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle or its fixtures caused by the client or their passengers. This includes food and drink which are allowed in the vehicle at the discretion of the driver.
- The driver will at all times travel by a route which is in his/her opinion, the best and most convenient route for motoring unless otherwise instructed by the client. Charges will be calculated on actual time and mileages covered and are non negotiable.
- Every effort will be made to ensure that vehicles arrive for pick up and reach their destinations on time. However the company shall not be liable for any delays or consequential losses that occur beyond its control.
- The company and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger.
- The company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
- Customers must comply with the law and wear a seat belt and may not request that the driver break traffic laws eg. exceed speed limit.
